What we need

A functional MVP web dashboard that helps Cardano holders track and participate in on-chain governance (Voltaire / CIP-1694).

Core features (must-have)

• Connect any CIP-30 wallet (Eternl, Lace, Nami, etc.)
• Show the connected user's voting power (stake + DRep delegation status)
• List active governance actions with title, type, deadline, and current vote tally
• Drill-down view per governance action with the full proposal text
• Filter by action type (parameter change, treasury withdrawal, info, …)

Stretch (nice-to-have)

• DRep directory with delegation flow
• Email/webhook alerts when a new action is proposed
• Historical results page

Stack

Whatever you're fastest in — but the deliverable must be:

• A live demo URL (Vercel / Fly / your own host is fine)
• A public GitHub repo (MIT or Apache-2)
• A short loom walkthrough (under 5 min)

We'll review using mainnet governance data via Koios or Blockfrost.
